摘要

目的 :探讨有效激发感传的进针手法。方法 :采用自身对照、单盲法

按随机原则分别将 4 0例患者左右风池穴配对分为两组

再相应地分别给以慢速捻转进针法和快速进针法

观察两组出现的针刺感传。结果 :慢速捻转组的显著感传为 2 0 0 %

有效感传为 5 7 5 %

无效感传为 2 2 5 %

而快速进针组分别为 5 .0 %、30 0 %、6 5 0 %。两组比较差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :慢速捻转进针法所致感传明显优于快速进针法。
