摘要

目的 :探讨针刺肝胆经腧穴治疗偏头痛的作用机理。方法 :运用Csillik法复制偏头痛大鼠模型

再针刺“太冲”“阳陵泉”穴治疗 ;采用放射免疫 (RIA )法检测偏头痛大鼠血浆神经降压素(NT)和心钠素 (ANP)含量。结果 :模型组大鼠血浆NT含量显著低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1)

血浆ANP含量显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1)。针刺治疗后血浆NT和ANP均恢复至正常水平 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :血浆NT和ANP水平变化可能是偏头痛发病机制中的重要环节之一。针刺可以良性调节血浆NT和ANP的变化。
