摘要

目的 :探寻预防产后尿潴留的最佳针灸处方。方法 :将 16 2例住院分娩的产妇随机分为预防Ⅰ组 5 4例

取合谷、阴陵泉、三阴交穴 ;预防Ⅱ组 5 4例

取气海、关元、血海穴

分别于产后 1小时给予针刺治疗 ;对照组 5 4例

不给予任何干预措施。结果 :预防Ⅰ组无尿潴留发生

预防Ⅱ组尿潴留发生率 2 2 2 %

对照组为 4 6 3%。经统计学处理

3组间尿潴留发生率差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :上下配穴法针刺对产后尿潴留有良好的预防作用。
