目的 :验证血海穴的活血化瘀作用。方法 :以血瘀证患者及血瘀证家兔模型为研究对象

观察针刺血海穴对舌象、血流变学、凝血全项、内皮素、一氧化氮、球结膜微循环、血细胞凝聚现象、脑细胞病理形态学等指标的影响。结果 :针刺血海可改善血瘀证患者舌象、血流变、凝血全项指标

调节血管活性因子的释放

使血瘀证家兔模型的微循环加快

脑组织的病理状态得到改善。结论 :针刺血海穴可改善血液的“高凝聚”状态

具有一定的活血化瘀功效。
