摘要

目的 :观察针灸疗法和西药治疗原发性高血压 (EH)效应机制。方法 :将 80例EH患者随机分为针灸组和对照组

每组各 4 0例

分别采用针刺合谷、太冲加百会穴温针灸和口服卡托普利片治疗 30天

前后各检测血浆内皮素 (ET)和一氧化氮 (NO) 1次。结果 :治疗后两组患者血浆ET含量均有减少

前后比较无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )

组间差异亦无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ;NO含量都有增多

但前后及组间差异均无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ;ET/NO比值下降明显

前后差异非常显著(P <0 0 1)

但组间差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :针刺开“四关”加百会穴温针灸治疗EH的作用机理可能与其对血管内皮细胞功能的双向调节密切相关。
