摘要

探讨押手操作在针刺治病过程中的作用。认为针刺前

有探明穴位、分散病人注意、减少针刺疼痛、分散卫气和固定腧穴局部的作用 ;针刺中

有配合刺手进针、行气、引导进针和改变经气运行方向的作用 ;针刺出针后

有实施补泻操作、防止经气外泄、预防针穴局部气滞血瘀和解除滞针现象的作用。针刺治病时

不仅要重视刺手的操作手法

还要注重押手的操作

左右手要密切配合

更大地发挥针刺疗效
