摘要

目的 :对比针刺与艾灸治疗原发性骨质疏松症的效应差异。方法 :将 6 2例原发性骨质疏松症患者随机分为针刺组 32例、艾灸组 30例

分别采用针刺或艾灸足三里、关元、脾俞、肾俞、太溪、三阴交

进行对比研究。结果 :针刺组和艾灸组均能提高腰椎部的骨密度 (P <0 0 1

P <0 0 5 )

针刺组优于艾灸组(P <0 0 5 )。结论 :就针灸治疗原发性骨质疏松症而言

针刺疗法的作用优于艾灸疗法。
