摘要

目的 :观察电针对广泛性焦虑障碍 (GAD)的治疗作用。方法 :依据CCMD Ⅲ诊断标准选择了 32例女性GAD患者

电针治疗取百会、上星、内关、神门、足三里、三阴交、太冲穴 ;治疗前后进行了艾森克人格问卷 (EPQ)和A型行为问卷测评。结果 :GAD患者具有神经质和精神质倾向 ;电针治疗GAD有显著疗效

EPQ中患者的N分值明显下降 (P <0 0 1)

A型行为量表中的TH分值亦明显下降 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :电针疗法对GAD患者个性特征与行为模式有明显的治疗作用。
