摘要

目的 :探索并研究浅针治疗面神经功能异常症疗效与选用面部经穴相关解剖学关系。方法 :在总结多年来以浅针治疗面瘫及面肌痉挛的基础上

根据面神经周围支的分布特点和肌电图检测结果

进一步优化组合针灸治疗处方。结论 :浅针在治疗此类疾病时

所选用面部经穴与相应面神经周围支的分布有着密切关系

若将两者有机结合

精选穴位进行组方

是浅针减少病人针刺痛苦

又能提高临床治疗效果的关键。
