摘要

目的 :探讨艾灸督脉穴抗亚急性衰老机理。方法 :选用D 半乳糖造成的亚急性衰老小鼠为实验模型

艾灸督脉“大椎”“命门”“百会”穴

与非经非穴部位作对照

观察衰老小鼠的胸腺和脾脏指数、T细胞亚群中CD3+、CD4 +、CD8+百分率及CD4 +/CD8+比率、红细胞C3b受体花环率、可溶性白介素 2受体含量。结果 :各造模组小鼠免疫功能较正常小鼠降低 (P <0 0 1)。督脉穴组小鼠的胸腺、脾脏指数和免疫功能增强

与模型组相比差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :艾灸督脉穴可延缓免疫器官的萎缩

增强机体的免疫机能
