目的 :探寻治疗偏瘫痉挛状态的有效手段。方法 :运用患肢阴阳经相透针法治疗中风偏瘫痉挛状态 2 9例

与常规针刺组 (头针 +体针 ) 2 2例、药物治疗组 (口服妙纳 ) 2 7例比较。结果 :治疗组治疗前后肌张力累积差值差异大

肌张力降低明显 ;在降低肌张力、髋内收肌张力上与常规针刺组、药物治疗组对照差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :透针疗法治疗中风肢体痉挛有较好疗效。
