摘要

目的 :寻求治疗硬膜外麻醉术后尿潴留的有效方法。方法 :1 68例术后尿潴留患者

随机分为穴注组 58例、针刺组 62例及肌注组 48例

分别给予新斯的明 0 5mg三阴交穴位注射、三阴交针刺、新斯的明 1mg臀部肌肉注射

观察、比较 3组的治愈率。结果 :穴注组治愈率 79 3 %

分别与针刺组治愈率 61 3 %和肌注组治愈率 60 4%比较

差异均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :三阴交穴位注射治疗术后尿潴留疗效优于三阴交针刺及常规西药注射
