目的 :寻求提高干扰素 (IFN)治疗慢性乙型肝炎 (CHB)疗效的有效方法。方法 :95例CHB随机分为两组

均采用同剂量IFN肌注。疗程前 3个月治疗组同时另予胸腺肽注射液穴位注射、灯芯灸

对照组仅同时另予胸腺肽肌肉注射。观察比较两组患者肝功能、HBeAg、HBV DNA变化情况及整体应答率。结果 :治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 2 5)。结论 :联合胸腺肽穴位注射、灯芯灸能显著提高IFN治疗CHB的疗效
