摘要

目的 :观察针刺治疗糖尿病肾病 (DN)的临床疗效

为DN的早期治疗提供依据。方法 :将12 0例DN患者随机分为针刺组和对照组各 6 0例

两组均进行常规糖尿病治疗和低蛋白饮食 (总体治疗 )

针刺组在总体治疗基础上进行针刺治疗。结果 :针刺组和对照组均可明显降低 2 4小时尿微量白蛋白定量

保护肾功能

但针刺组明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :在药物及低蛋白膳食治疗的基础上

加用针刺治疗可明显提高临床疗效
