摘要

目的 :观察比较“智三针”配合点穴按摩治疗中风后抑郁症临床疗效。方法 :将符合诊断标准的中风后抑郁症患者 6 2例随机分为治疗组 32例、对照组 30例。治疗组针刺“智三针”(神庭、本神 )、八脉交会穴之内关、公孙为主

配合点穴按摩百会、神庭、关元、足三里、太溪、三阴交、太冲等穴位

隔日治疗 1次。对照组予以口服黛安神 2粒

晨服

每日 1次。结果 :治疗组总有效率 90 6 %

对照组总有效率 70 0 %。结论 :“智三针”配合点穴按摩治疗中风后抑郁症疗效显著

优于对照组

且无明显副作用
