摘要

目的 :证实针刺预处理脑组织提取液的抗脑缺血再灌注损伤作用

为针刺效应物质的探讨提供初步的实验依据。方法 :先以“肾俞”“百会”穴针刺预处理大鼠脑组织提取液行大鼠腹腔注射

再采用颈动脉引流法脑缺血再灌注造模

脑组织石蜡包埋切片

HE染色

观察脑片缺血性病理变化

进行顶皮质Ⅰ区Ⅴ层幸存神经元计数。结果 :在 3个时间段F组幸存神经元密度均显著高于C、D、E 3组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :针刺预处理脑组织提取液具有明显的抗脑缺血再灌注损伤作用。
