摘要

目的 :探讨经脉腧穴与脏腑的特异关系。方法 :将 5 6只家兔随机分为 7组

分别针刺不同经的穴位。硝酸还原酶法测定胃黏膜NO和NOS含量

放射免疫法测定PGE2 、EGF含量

加权法分析各组综合效应。结果 :(1)针刺足阳明经组与其余各组比较

能显著升高胃黏膜PGE2 、EGF含量 (P <0 0 1) ;(2 )针刺足阳明、足太阴经组与其余各组比较

能显著升高胃黏膜NO和NOS含量(P <0 0 1) ;(3)针刺足阳明经组综合效应明显高于其余各组 (P <0 0 1) ;针刺足太阴经组综合效应明显高于模型组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :多经司控同一脏腑具有一定的普遍性

但从作用强度和广度看又具有经脉的相对特异性 ;胃与足阳明经关系最为密切

足太阴经次之。
