摘要

目的:探索提高干眼症临床疗效的治疗方法。方法:将45例干眼症患者随机分为整体辨证针刺组(针刺1组)、局部取穴针刺组(针刺2组)和人工泪液组(对照组)。针刺1组根据患者证型

全身辨证取穴针刺;针刺2组取眼局部穴位针刺;对照组点人工泪液。治疗前后分别检查眼局部症状和泪流量(S1T)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)。结果:针刺1、2组治疗后S1T增多、BUT增加

治疗前后差异有非常显著性或显著性意义(P<0.01

P<0.05);对照组治疗前后差异无显著性意义。对照组和针刺1、2组间FL差异均有非常显著性意义。针刺1、2组和对照组总有效率分别为86.7%、66.7%、33.3%。结论:整体辨证针刺治疗干眼症

能提高干眼症的临床疗效

其疗效优于局部取穴针刺和人工泪液治疗者。
