摘要

目的:探寻治疗肩周炎的有效疗法。方法:以肩部疼痛、肩关节活动功能为观察指标

分别运用针刺痛点配合艾灸足三里和常规针刺

对60例(每组30例)患者进行对比治疗

并观察两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.7%

常规组总有效率为90.0%

两组总有效率差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);但两组治愈率(分别为46.7%和20.0%)之间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。在改善肩关节活动功能和减轻疼痛方面亦同样具有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:针刺痛点配合艾灸足三里治疗肩周炎在提高治愈率和减轻疼痛、改善肩关节功能方面优于常规针灸疗法。
