摘要

目的 :探讨针刺促进烧伤创面愈合的机理。方法 :建立兔深Ⅱ度烧伤动物模型

电针双侧“足三里”穴

同时取正常组织对照。动态观察烧伤后早期创面组织中脂质过氧化物 (LPO)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)的变化以及针刺“足三里”穴后对创面组织中LPO、SOD的影响。结果 :烧伤创面组织早期SOD的活性下降

LPO升高。针刺后可提高烧伤后早期组织抗过氧化能力。结论 :针刺可促进烧伤创面愈合

其机理可能是针刺可提高烧伤组织抗过氧化能力所致
