摘要

目的 :探讨提高治疗急性脑梗死 (CI)疗效的最佳方法。方法 :6 0例早期CI患者

随机分为A、B两组

B组采用CI早期常规药物治法

A组在B组治疗基础上加用颅针治疗。结果 :A组治疗后神经功能较治疗前差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)

血小板膜糖蛋白 (GMP 14 0 )较B组下降有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :①颅针加药物改善临床神经功能

抑制血小板活化优于单纯药物治疗组。②CI早期

治疗前后神经功能缺损评分值与血浆GMP 14 0水平呈中度正相关

表明血浆GMP 14 0水平可作为CI患者病情轻重和预后的客观指标。
