摘要

目的 :探求治疗小儿臂丛神经损伤的有效方法。方法 :将臂丛神经损伤患儿 64例随机分为治疗组、对照组进行观察

以临床疗效及治疗前后肌电图改变为观察指标。治疗组采用毫针点刺配合穴位注射及功能锻炼进行治疗

对照组采用西药治疗。结果 :治疗组的治愈率、总有效率高于对照组 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :点刺配合穴位注射是治疗小儿臂丛神经损伤的一种有效方法
