目的 :比较针刺华佗夹脊穴及西药治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效差异。方法 :将 5 3例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为治疗组 31例、对照组 2 2例。治疗组采用针刺华佗夹脊穴治疗 ;对照组采用维生素B1、B12 及口服消炎痛治疗。结果 :治疗组愈显率为 93 5 %

明显优于对照组 72 7%(P <0 0 1)。结论 :本疗法对带状疱疹后遗神经痛症状体征的改善及疗效优于西药治疗。
