摘要

目的 :观察针刺对膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法 :采用简单随机分组的方法

将 5 0例膝骨关节炎患者分为长针穴位透刺组 32例和单纯西药治疗组 18例

进行比较研究。结果 :两种治疗方法均可有效改善膝骨关节炎的临床症状

其中长针组的有效率为 87 5 %

西药组的有效率为5 5 6 %

两组之间的疗效差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :长针透刺治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效优于单纯西药组
