摘要

目的 :观察神聪鼎灸法对颈性头痛的治疗作用。方法 :将 10 6例患者随机分为观察组和对照组

均取四神聪、百会穴

观察组针加鼎灸法

对照组只针不灸。结果 :治疗后观察组头痛、颈痛或颈肩痛、头晕、睡眠障碍、颈后肌压痛、寰椎横突压痛及脑血流图变化等改善明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。结论 :神聪鼎灸法治疗颈性头痛疗效肯定

具有较好的临床应用前景。
