摘要

目的 :观察腹丛刺为主治疗慢性附件炎并发不孕症的临床疗效。方法 :将慢性附件炎并发不孕症患者 6 3例随机分为治疗组 (腹丛刺组 ) 4 1例、对照组 2 2例

治疗 10天为一疗程

共治疗 3疗程并休息 1个月后

观察是否妊娠

随访 1年

进行疗效对比。结果 :治疗组痊愈率为 84 6 %

对照组痊愈率为 5 9 1%

两组疗效差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :腹丛刺为主治疗慢性附件炎并发不孕症有较好的疗效
