摘要

目的 :探讨判断周围性面瘫的预后和针灸疗效的检测方法。方法 :以瘫痪侧表情肌群对电针治疗仪断续波刺激的反应为指标将 15 4例患者分为良好型 10 2例

一般型 2 4例和不良型 2 8例

再采用电针断续波配合温和灸治疗。结果 :在不超过 30次的治疗次数下

良好型治愈率为 96 1%

一般型为 5 0 0 %

而不良型为 0

差异具有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 0 5 )。结论 :瘫痪侧面肌对电针刺激的反应可以用来判断预后和预测针灸疗效。
