摘要

目的 :探讨针刺降压效果及机理。方法 :将 6 0例高血压病患者随机分为治疗组 30例和对照组 30例。治疗组采取针刺风池、行间穴治疗

对照组采取口服复方降压片治疗。分别于治疗前后

测血压并进行TC、TG、ET和内皮依赖性舒张功能检测。结果 :治疗组血压明显下降

TG和ET降低

内皮依赖性舒张功能改善

与治疗前及对照组比较差异均有非常显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :针刺降压效果明显

且对血管内皮功能及其内分泌有改善。
