摘要

目的 :观察针刺麻醉用于颈部手术麻醉的效果。方法 :对 2 86例颈部手术的患者取双侧扶突穴

接上海 680 5针麻仪

诱导 2 0～ 30min

切皮前 1 0min静脉滴注度冷丁 1mg/kg、氟哌啶 5mg。手术时间 50～ 1 65min

平均 1 0 5min。结果 :手术效果Ⅰ级 (优 ) 1 2 2例 (42 7% )

Ⅱ级 (良 ) 1 58例(55 2 % )

Ⅲ级(可 ) 6例 (2 1 % )

Ⅳ级 (失败 ) 0例。总有效率 1 0 0 0 %

优良率 97 9%。结论 :针麻用于颈部中小手术效果良好
