摘要

目的 :探讨针灸治疗不完全性截瘫的机理。方法 :采用不完全性截瘫兔模型 60只

随机分为 2组 :模型组、针灸组

每组于造模后分 3批

每批 1 0只

分别于 6h、7d、1 5d处死

电镜下观察线粒体不同时期的动态变化。结果 :造模形成后 6h针灸能缓解线粒体肿胀

对抗继发性损伤 ;7d后针灸组线粒体各项指标优于模型组 ;1 5d后针灸组线粒体形态恢复正常。结论 :针灸可减轻损伤脊髓神经元内线粒体肿胀变性

维持线粒体有效功能面积及有效个数

促进线粒体进行能量代谢

促进神经元恢复

对抗继发损伤

加快修复
