摘要

目的 :对比头部不同穴位在缺血性中风治疗中的作用。方法 :按双侧小脑在头皮的投影选取玉枕、完骨、风池

并与其他头针取穴印堂、神庭、四神聪进行对比研究

采用经颅多普勒检测脑血流速度

以神经功能缺损程度评分和生活能力恢复进行临床疗效评价。结果 :治疗组愈显率为80 0 %

对照组为 6 1 6 %

两组比较

P <0 0 5。结论 :按小脑在头皮投影选取头穴治疗缺血性中风效果好于其它头部取穴。
