摘要

目的 :探寻治疗颈椎病的最佳治疗方法。方法 :将 780例颈椎病患者随机分为扬刺大椎穴为主治疗组、针刺颈夹脊穴为主对照 1组、牵引按摩对照 2组各 2 6 0例

观察治疗 2个疗程的疗效及停止治疗 1年后的远期疗效。结果 :治疗组疗效稳定

明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 0 5 )。结论 :扬刺大椎穴为主治疗颈椎病疗效最佳

针刺疗效优于牵引按摩
