摘要

目的 :探讨针刺治疗偏头痛的作用机理。方法 :对 32例偏头痛患者采用常规针刺治疗

于治疗前后检测缩血管因子血浆内皮素 (ET)、舒血管因子一氧化氮 (NO)值

并与 2 0例正常人的ET、NO值进行比较

对偏头痛患者随访半年。结果 :治疗前ET值显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1 )

NO值显著低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1 ) ;疗程结束后ET值显著下降 (P <0 0 5)

NO值显著上升 (P <0 0 5)

并与正常对照组比较差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5)

随访半年治愈率达 75 %。结论 :针刺使偏头痛患者异常的ET、NO值恢复正常

起到理想的调理作用
