摘要

目的 :寻求治疗腓总神经损伤的有效治疗方法

以提高治愈率和生活质量

降低致残率。方法 :将 97例腓总神经损伤患者随机分为针刺治疗组 (穴取环跳、髀关、阳陵泉等 )和营养神经药物组(口服维生素B1 、腺苷钴胺片)进行对比治疗观察。结果 :针刺组的治愈率为 73 8%

总有效率为93 8%

明显高于药物组的 40 6%和 56 2 %

P <0 0 1。结论 :针刺是治疗腓总神经损伤的有效方法。
