摘要

目的 :寻找治疗压力性尿失禁的最佳疗法。方法 :将 2 4 0例女性压力性尿失禁患者随机分为穴位埋线加功能锻炼治疗组及安慰剂加功能锻炼对照组各 12 0例

治疗后评定尿失禁改善情况

对两组疗效进行对比分析。结果 :治疗组与对照组均取得较好的疗效

但治疗组较对照组效果显著(P <0 0 1) ;疗程结束 6个月后

治疗组总有效率仍显著高于对照组

两组远期疗效差异具有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :穴位埋线配合功能锻炼是治疗压力性尿失禁的较好方法
