摘要

目的 :比较经皮穴位电刺激与西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效

并探讨其治疗机理。方法 :将 6 8例患者随机分成经皮穴位电刺激治疗组和口服西药对照组各 34例。观察两组的治疗效果及神经传导速度、血脂、血流变等指标。结果 :(1)治疗组的总体疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;(2 )治疗组治疗后的神经传导速度、血脂、血流变值较治疗前显著改善 (P <0 0 5

P <0 0 1)。结论 :经皮穴位电刺激能明显改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床症状

提高受损神经的传导速度

改善微循环

疗效优于西药对照组
