摘要

目的 :探讨针灸治疗术后呃逆症的有效率

是否可以作为一线镇吐药的替代治疗方法。方法 :将手术后出现呃逆症状的 80例患者采用半随机方法分成针灸治疗组 (40例 )与药物治疗组 (40例)进行对照研究。针灸组采用艾条悬灸中脘、神阙穴

配合针刺足三里 (或上巨虚 )、内关治疗 ;对照组采用药物对症处理。经积极治疗后

对两组疗效有效率、有效平均时间、主要伴随症状分值进行评估。结果 :两组疗效无明显差别

但有效平均时间、主要伴随症状分值比较

治疗组优于对照组(P <0 0 5)。结论 :推荐针灸疗法作为一线镇吐药的替代治疗

特别是当已知药物对病人有副作用或病人希望减少用药量时。
