摘要

对针灸治疗中风病研究现状作系统分析

发现存在临床实验方法学随机分配方法不明确、对照选择不合理、疗效判定不全面等问题 ;证据的应用带有随意性、盲目性和倾向性 ;对针刺治疗优选方案、针刺在卒中单元中的作用及地位、针刺与其它方法间的交互作用、针刺对中风危险因素的干预等问题的研究较少 ;机理研究不深入等一系列问题。建议开展多中心大样本随机对照研究 ;对针灸治疗中风文献等证据进行循证医学系统评价 (Meta 分析 ) ;并从残损、残疾、残障、生活质量 4个层次

量化评定针刺治疗中风的作用 ;加强针刺治疗优选方案、针刺在卒中单元中的作用及地位、针刺与其它方法间的交互作用、针刺对中风危险因素的干预等研究 ;机理研究应注重缺血性半暗带的定量研究。
