摘要

目的 :观察腕踝针对癌性疼痛的镇痛效果。方法 :随机选 86例肝癌疼痛患者

单纯腕踝针治疗 36例

按照三阶梯止痛原则单纯服药组 5 0例

比较其在镇痛疗效上与不良反应上的差异。结果 :治疗组有效率为 94 4 %

愈显率 86 1% ;接受腕踝针治疗的患者与按三阶梯服药的患者镇痛疗效上无显著差异

持续缓解时间较服药组长

且无毒副作用。结论 :腕踝针治疗肝癌疼痛疗效显著

与服药组比较无不良反应。
