摘要

目的 :探讨氦氖激光穴位针刺对呼吸道功能及免疫机能调节的临床疗效。方法 :将反复呼吸道感染患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组 6 0例

西药常规治疗加氦氖激光穴位针刺 ;对照组 6 0例

西药常规治疗加穴位艾灸。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 93 3%

对照组总有效率为 71 7%

治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :氦氖激光穴位针刺对呼吸道功能和免疫机能具有较肯定的疗效

可考虑作为治疗反复呼吸道感染的方法之一。
