摘要

目的 :寻找治疗女性痤疮的最佳方法

并探讨其作用机理。方法 :将 10 4例患者随机分为针药组 (38例 )、针刺组 (32例 )和中药组 (34例 )。针药组取穴以循经远取与局部近取相结合

同时给予中药芩参粉刺清口服液治疗 ;对照组为单纯针刺组与单纯中药组。结果 :患者皮损改善

针药组总有效率明显高于针刺组及中药组

差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。 3组治疗后血中神经生长因子(NGF)、血清睾酮 (T)、雌二醇 (E2 )水平均有下降

尤以针药组肝肾阴虚型T水平改善明显。结论 :针药结合法是治疗女性迟发性与持久性痤疮的有效方法

并有调节患者血清神经生长因子、性激素与细胞因子水平的作用。
