摘要

目的 :寻找降低全身麻醉气管插管应激反应的方法。方法 :随机将 1 0 0例择期手术患者分为电针组和对照组各 50例。电针组取双侧内关和曲池穴

对照组不做治疗

观察气管插管时血压和心率的变化。结果 :电针组各项指标升高幅度均低于对照组

差异有非常显著或显著性意义 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5)。结论 :电针内关和曲池穴可以降低气管插管应激反应
