摘要

目的 :探讨针刺对急性脑出血大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :采用自身动脉血注入法

在Wistar大鼠身上复制急性脑出血模型

以针刺为治疗手段

观察肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF α)在大鼠脑组织中的表达

并与非针刺治疗组进行比较。结果 :针刺治疗组TNF α的表达在注血后 6h、2 4h、3d、7d、14d均低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :针刺对急性脑出血后TNF α介导的免疫炎性反应过程有明显的抑制作用。
