摘要

目的 :比较针灸与西药治疗子宫内膜囊腺型增生性功血的临床疗效。方法 :将 2 30例子宫内膜囊腺型增生性功血患者随机分成针灸治疗组 1 1 0例和西药对照组 1 2 0例。针灸组采用针灸疗法

主穴为百会、关元、合谷、三阴交等

对照组采用口服安宫黄体酮等常规西药治疗。结果 :两组间的愈显率、总有效率、子宫内膜病理组织学变化等

经统计学处理差异均有显著或非常显著性意义(P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1 )。结论 :针灸治疗子宫内膜囊腺型增生性功血疗效显著且优于西药组
