摘要

目的 :观察督脉穴在海洛因依赖脱毒治疗中的有效性。方法 :将 70例海洛因依赖患者随机分为治疗组和对照组

每组各 35例。治疗组采用美沙酮 10d递减疗法

配合针刺督脉穴治疗 ;对照组单纯采用美沙酮 10d递减疗法。两组均采用戒断症状评定量表进行评定记分和症状分级。结果 :治疗组实际完成脱毒治疗 31例

对照组 2 6例。两组治疗前后自身比较戒断症状记分

差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。两组逐日戒断症状记分

治疗后出汗、焦虑和肌肉骨骼疼痛症状的分级

治疗组优于对照组 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。结论 :针刺督脉穴对海洛因依赖戒断综合征症状有辅助治疗作用

能有效缓解戒断症状。
