摘要

目的 :观察俞原配穴法对男性免疫性不育症的治疗效果及其对抗精子抗体 (AsAb)的作用。方法 :将 10 0例男性不育症抗精子抗体阳性的患者

随机分为 5 0例俞原配穴针刺组和 5 0例口服强的松西药组

经治疗 2个疗程后

观察临床疗效和对抗精子抗体的影响。结果 :针刺组的总有效率、精子密度、前向运动率、血清或 /和AsAb的阳性水平

均优于西药对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :俞原配穴针刺法治疗男性免疫性不育症的疗效肯定

能良性调节AsAb。
