摘要

目的 :介绍近年来国内针灸治疗原发性痛经的临床状况及机理研究

寻求最佳治疗方案。方法 :从取穴、治疗方法、机理研究等角度进行综述。结论 :针灸治疗原发性痛经疗效可靠

但目前临床取穴及诊疗标准和针灸作用机理研究仍存在一些亟待解决的问题。
