摘要

目的 :寻找提高治疗三叉神经痛止痛疗效的有效方法。方法 :将 60例原发性三叉神经痛患者随机分为治疗组 (30例 )、对照组 (30例 )。对照组以局部近取和循经远取手足阳明经穴为主

治疗组在此基础上加用具有镇静安神作用的水沟、神门、劳宫穴

治疗 2个疗程后统计疗效。结果 :两组均收到明显疗效

但治疗组疗效优于对照组 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :针刺治疗三叉神经痛

在局部近取和循经远取手足阳明经穴的基础上

加用具有镇静安神作用的水沟、神门、劳宫穴

能明显提高止痛疗效。
