摘要

目的 :探讨针刺加运动患肌对周围性面神经炎的预后影响及针刺时机的选择。方法 :10 0例周围性面神经炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各 5 0例

治疗组采用透刺浅刺和运动患肌治疗

对照组采用常规针刺加穴位注射。结果 :治疗组有效 4 9例

有效率为 98.0 % ;对照组有效 4 4例

有效率为 88.0 % (χ2 =5 39

P <0 0 5 )。结论 :针刺加运动患肌疗法优于常规针刺加穴位注射 ;其预后与神经变性程度、病程长短有关。
