目的 :研究国内外对针刺治疗缺血性脑卒中研究的差异及下一步研究的必要性和应注意的问题。方法 :总结近 2 0年来相关文献的内容

比较国内外研究在结论和临床试验方法学的差异

并指出了国内研究的不足。结论 :为了证实针刺治疗脑卒中的有效性

有必要采用国际公认的具有高质量论证强度的研究方法

并且疗效指标应选择长期终点指标。
